The chance factor- the flaw with IQ tests?There is a chance element to getting answers right. I struggle to answer all but the very simplest culture fair/spatial questions. However by guesstimating answers in a 40 question test with 6 possible answers just purely by chance I could get 6-7 right. This can add to the few simple questions I can answer with certainty to give an inflated estimate of my ability on such tests. 4 right with certainty versus 4 right with certainty plus 7 by chance is a big difference.

IQ tests are unreliable for a lot of reasons. You can get a completely different score from one day to the next just based on how much sleep you got, what you had for breakfast, your current mood, etc etc.

(You don't have to have a high IQ to see that's the case )

If a person would take several IQ tests over a period of months/ years, it could give you a general idea of their logical capacity.

Also, online IQ tests are junk.
