Make/Majke/Mother, Don/Dom/Home. Or another possibility is Motherland.
I've noticed some Srbinov's. 19th century Macedonia was a crazy period. Macedonians tried finding favour with all three larger Balkan nations, the Serbs, Bulgarians and Greeks. There were pro Serb factions in the region, especially the north. It would explain the name Srbin being introduced. Nevertheless, that name wasnt even in the top 50 names at the time. Most common were names like Georgi, Aleksandar, Filip, Vasil, Stojan, Atanas.
