This is a sarcastic mockery of the UK national anthem. This non politically-correct song was censored by Thatcher upon its release after it reached no.1 i the UK music charts.

(The Sex Pistols are from England, although the lead vocalist 'Johnny Rotten' is a rebellious Irish Londoner.)

After the Sex Pistols disbanded in 1978, Lydon went on to found his own band, Public Image Ltd, which was far more experimental in nature and described in a 2005 NME review as "arguably the first post-rock group."

Sid Vicious died at age 21 from a heroin overdose after being accused of murdering his American girlfriend who died in his home from a stab wound. She was diagnosed with schizophrenia at age 15 and may have stabbed herself. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nancy_Spungen

So the band got on a boat and sung to crowds of listeners along the River Thames in London instead.

A Scottish punk-rock band called 'The Exploited'... the song is called 'Fuck The USA.'

(This song doesn't represent my own views on the US... (I'm pro-US) but I don't really listen to punk rock much... I just know this is a punk-rock band from Scotland cos it's high energy, rebellious, and anti-political, etc.)
