Probably in the macroskelic region (53-55% sitting height/total height).

Of course without putting her next to a stadiometer, it's impossible to get an accurate figure, given lens distortion and all.

Hypermacroskelic is very rare. It's only found in Inuits, some Siberians and Pygmies. Of course you can find outliers in other groups - I think Michael Phelps would count as hypermacroskelic.
