Why did Czechoslovakia split into 2 countries and not 3

Any idea on why did it split into Czech Republic and Slovakia instead of splitting into Bohemia, Moravia and Slovakia?

There are some (quiet weak) autonomist and perhaps nationalist movement at Moravia, but I have never heard about Moravian separatism, though I am from Moravia
