Depends. Many Syrians can be quite light in terms of skin, hair and eye colour.

Syrians and other levant "arabs" are not even arabs if you look trough genetic and history, why would they be arabs like gulf arabs? Cause they're arabized?

True Arabians are not white. If you're including all Arabized peoples however I'd say 25-30% are white.
