23andMe got awesome autosomal results (like the one in my signiture with dots), FTDNA will get you different one (orange one) also in my signiture.

23andme was VERY accurate for me. So I'm going to stick with what I said.

I don't base anything off gedmatch. I don't find it the best.

He just has to know that reading gedmatch is not the same as reading 23andme/ftdna etc.
