    Well there is alot you can do with those weights. Personally, i like keeping the body well rounded. Many people will just focus on their upper body or getting big arms or things like that. I think this is stupid. The lower body has to be worked out too, in some shape way or form.

    There are alot of routines out there with or without weights that can get you the results you want. So it really comes down to what options you have. Do you have a pull up bar? something you can do dips on? an area where you can run outside or a treadmill?

    also dont forget, diet plays a HUGE role.

    Gym:

    Treadmill 30 mins at 10 mph, give or take
    Leg circuit
    Upper circuit

    Then came home and did some calisthenics til I died... back on track hopefully!

    Well not straight, I was doing more of a HIIT thing going up and down. I could have gone longer but I forgot my phone and was bored.

    Good idea. My legs were sore today but I pushed through it anyway. I don't want to fall off my routine, I'm too good at putting things off.
