Well there is alot you can do with those weights. Personally, i like keeping the body well rounded. Many people will just focus on their upper body or getting big arms or things like that. I think this is stupid. The lower body has to be worked out too, in some shape way or form.
There are alot of routines out there with or without weights that can get you the results you want. So it really comes down to what options you have. Do you have a pull up bar? something you can do dips on? an area where you can run outside or a treadmill?
also dont forget, diet plays a HUGE role.
