Almost to the point now wher I can start jogging again, but doc says I need to wait a couple more weeks.
    What are your mile times?

    Wednesday
    -Dumbbell chest press (5x5)

Might go back to doing leg day (Fridays) twice a week again in order to get more strength back into my injured knee.

At different times in my life I have swam, ran, lifted, and done body weight workouts.

My favorite workouts for legs are sprinting, hill sprints, body squats, body lunges, squats, and deadlifts.

For upper body I love pushups and pullups.

Right now I am doing high intensity interval training and boxing for 45 minutes (15 minute hard as fuck workout followed by 8 three minute rounds of boxing against a heavy bag, with one minute in between for water and jumping jacks/body squats) and then 15 minutes of non-stop core exercises.

Oh I'm sooooo slow. I haven't yet started worrying much about speed. It's all I can can do to make time during the week to just get out the door.

I do a 5K in about 45 minutes, and a half marathon in almost 3 hours.

I haven't done weight lifting in a long time but my favorites used to be deadlifts and ass to grass squats.

I hear you. Just doing it is what is important. It also depends what your goals are.

Yesterday i did at a high school track:

    1 lap warm up

Sprinted the straight aways and walked the turns. So 100 yard sprints with around 2 minute rests in between.
Probably covered about 1.5-2 miles total.

    1 lap cool down

    Today im sore as shit.
