Is the combo dark hair brown eyes and fair skin considered as "dark" ?

I have dark hair, nearly black, my beard is much lighter and half red but i don't let it grow for a long time. My eyes are brown. My skin is fair, she turn red and tan very little.
In term of pigmentation i'm a bit like Leo Messi. Am i a dark european ?

Depends on the skin tone. If it's red toned then probably you are white. If it's olive, could go either way.

It's turned red. I had freckles when i was a child. Yet my hair was always brown even when i was young.

In atlantic Europe and Southern Europe you arent dark. BUt IN Germanic Europe (Scandinavia, Netherlands, GErmany) and Baltic ountries /plus some areas in Eastern Europe (NW Russia, Belarus to name some), you might be perceived as dark because of having Both too dark hair/eyes and most of natives around you would be far lighter..

Also being perceived as dark seems to correlate with phenotype, you could have dark hair and eyes, but if you are tall and have faelid features people wouldnt see you as dark..because they would automatically associate your type with other faelid/Cm who tend to be blond haired, blue eyed,etc... amd if you are a typical atlanto med or atlantid there wouldnt be such association done.
