Turks don't have Q-L330, they have Turkmen subclade L-712(still not common, 3% in Turkey.) Balkan Turks usually score I, E, J etc etc. I didn't see any Q in my research. I collected 100 sample and there were no Q haplogroup among Balkan Turks.

So yes, i'm still surprised lol
You should be proud, it is very cool haplogroup . Recently found in lot of steppe burials, and Huns Probably Had lot of Q
Btw native Americans have high frequency of Q Haplogroup, just different branches that those in Eastern Europe and Asia.

Very accurate with ancestryDNA file. It will only give you the same assignment with 23andme.

With the others it is fine. I uploaded my Ancestry gedcom and it gave me R1a-Z93 (Which is interesting as I'm English and this haplo is quite rare here and in Western Europe) I took a 23andMe YDNA test and it was more in depth and gave me Y-57 which is a downclade of Z-93.
I uploaded my 23andMe gedcom just to see what it would give me and Morley still gave me Z93 so it seems to be accurate, just not too in depth. I'd use it as a basis to get a bearing on what your YDNA is and then move from there in terms of SNPs etc.

Morley DNA predicted me E-M81 which is confirmed by both 23andMe and YSEQ in my case. So they have good predictions I think.

There was an I2 guy who got I1 when using his AncestryDNA raw data. So there have been cases where it was a little bit off.
