Your Baltic is not that high in my opinion, it is just what you would expect from someone who is half-Greek and half-Spanish. Greek Thessaly average on K13 is 16% Baltic whereas Spaniards range from 8% to 12% depending on the region. I get 12% Baltic on K13 which is on pair with the Portuguese average, it peaks among Galicians, Portugueses and Catalonians in the Iberian peninsula.

Yeah, in the case of Galiza and Portugal is probably due to Visigoth and Suebic settlements whereas Catalonia is to a certain degree a genetic extension of Occitanie (South Western France). Catalan and Occitanian language are mutually intelligible.
