What Church should I Join?

Make a list of everything you want in a church, and everything you don't want (including your basic spiritual beliefs). Then schedule interviews with pastors from various churches. Visit several before settling on one. It may take time.

Sadly, in today's consumerist-driven society, that's what it has come down to... shopping for a church... preferably, one that wouldn't make me feel guilty about anything, would tell me I'm wonderful and pleasing to God.. that God would never expect me to get out of my comfort zone, that there is no such thing as sin, or hell punishment for that matter.. that it's okay to be gay or attracted to whatever. We miss the whole point. The only thing important in actual fact, would be a church that would help in our relationship with God, to get closer to him and that would tell the truth, whether it is popular and comfortable or not.

I have never belonged to a single church for very long, I went to a Southern Baptist Church as a little kid then to Assembly of God for a few years then to a Non Denominational for a few years then to a Greek Orthodox and now I am going to a Catholic church. What Church should I join?

I want to stop searching.

The only denominations I think I'd ever suggest to anyone looking to become a Christian would be the Quaker Church and Methodism.
