Something concerning ancient Greeks or Turks.Though this could maybe piss off someone that is patriotic, others could just laugh it off.

Everything about Kosovo and Yugoslav wars in general.

If you say Canada is just little US or if you say we're America's hat, that usually offends the people I've talked to. Most Canadians I know don't like Americans, but I have no problem with them.

No idea. I personally don't like it when people think Flemish is a different language from Dutch or that we call our language Flemish and not Dutch (even though it gets called Flemish in some informal settings; but nowhere near official and they mean Dutch with it).

Or some Francophile living in a country not neighbouring France hoping all of Belgium to be annexed by France one day.

Or speaking French to locals in Flanders and assuming you can reply back without even asking whether you speak it.

For a Turkish tourist; anything related to the common misconception of Turks such as whether they ride camels, live on deserts, why they drink alcohol, and in the case of a woman, why she doesn't cover her hair. Then they are forced to explain how Turkey is not like what they imagine it to be and it is generally secular, and drinking alcohol and being uncovered are not uncommon around here and deserts do not exist. Especially Americans are very ignorant about these stuff, but I don't really blame them.

For a foreigner in Turkey; they probably shouldn't mess with things that are of national importance to the Turks, such as the Flag and Ataturk, since Turks are quite sensitive about these issues. And they better stay away from politics unless they know the person well, since we are in a quite politically polarized situation at the moment.

Australians hate it when people think we say "throw another shrimp on the barbie", we don't call them 'shrimp', we call them 'prawns' in Australia.

We're thick-skinned Americans - we can take on any criticism and sarcasm about our country with a smile on our face because deep down we still know we're number 1 (and by far/huge margin)
