There's not really any reason for humans to have body hair at this point but there's no selection against them so we still have them.

They have the most exaggerated beard of any race because we are the most evolved/refined race in terms of aesthetic selection toward men.

Asian sexual selection seemed to favour women because neoteny is the predominant feature of Asians, looking prepubescent into adulthood.

And useless traits always disappear as well, but take A LOT LONGER than negative traits.

Look at negroes for instance, they grow zero facial hair, and the hair on their heads is thin and grows very slowly.
