My great-grandfather's parents were third cousins.
Marriages between third cousins have never been illegal anywhere, and carry no genetic risks whatsoever.
I'd love to marry a third or fourth cousin from my direct paternal line, because I don't want a woman of an alien bloodline raising my children.
If I can't find that, I at the very least hope the future Mrs. Martnen comes from an I1 father.

A guy like you wouldn't survive. Personally, I do very well. (Although 3.5 million of the 4.5 million here are European, not Asians or Polynesian)
