In Czech is used Ž (ZH) and CH (KH).
We use also Ř what is umpromouncable for all foreigners (and even for some Czechs):

In my dialect we surprisingly have all letters; GH, KH, Q, TH, and ZH, most commonly is Kh (x) followed by some Ch and few Zh here and there, those are usually not as frequent in other Kurdish dialects, but I could be wrong. Th, Gh and q are not as common either.

Do CH-KH combos exist in your dialect? I mean words with both CH and KH.

Hebrew uses 'kh' a lot. It's present in welsh too.

Usually not, the Ch letters are usually either the start or the ending of a word, Kh is usually the start too, but I have rarely heard both letters being used in the same word.

    It represents two separate sounds.

The sounds both also exist in welsh and Icelandic.
