Bosnia origin people and Montenegro origin people are one of tallest people in the world (with Scandinavians). Bosnian people include Serbs, Bosniaks(Muslims) and Croats. Croats are also tall.

Serbs have not won a gold medal in basketball since 1995 and Serbia has not had much success at a club level.
