I1 people are true Norse people.

I1 were enslaved by Germans who went through Finland first to conquer Scandinavia. Germans came from East Europe.
(You have for Example Gothic Homeland in Crimea, that's their native habitat)

Germans could not pass Celts, Illyrians and later Roman armies in general so they went north to establish themselves in Scandinavia,
