Mainland Greeks and Cypriots are both Greek people
Culturally,historicaly linguistically
Albanians are not
But as a neighbouring people they relate to Greeks and for reason of geographical proximity obviously more to Continental Greeks
than to Greeks from geographically more remote Islands
