Akshully, *puts on big smartypants glasses* when Grande sings "God is a woman" nowhere does she refer to God as a "black woman" like OP falsely claims. The lyrics are as follow:

This is what in the pop music industry is known as the "old switcheroo," which was invented by record producer Reggie Lucas back in 1982 when producing Madonna, where apparent religious imagery serves as a sham cover for mammalian sexuality topics. Journalist niggas call it "double entendre" and Christian niggas call it "the latest work of the devil."

The character Grande represents here is someone with sexual prowess far superior to any mortal's they are like God's, i.e. the sexual act is likened to encountering a divinity or undergoing a religious experience but not that she actually is God.

Furthermore, can you prove 100% the song is about sex? Absolutely not. Declaring that Grande's alterego is talking about "sex" is pure conjecture and projection on the person's part who is making this contention.

Touch is not inherently sexual either; you touch a book with your hands but you don't necessarily have sex with it and the "how" here yet again needs to be clarified to confirm that the context is sexual and since we are not in direct contact with Grande's character who would elucidate this matter we do not know what did she mean by this. Grande's alterego here might represent a Roman Catholic priest who indeed places their hand on the believer's forehead and this line represents how the other person loves being touched on the forehead by the priest because it heightens their love for Jesus. Both interpretations are equally plausible since she never explicitly mentions sex.
