My thoughts on the Ottomans are the same as that of Atatürk when he stepped up at the parliament to resolve the fervent hassle over the abolishment of the Ottoman regime.

The only notable thing they evolved was medicine, early on canons and guns but they were later overshadowed by European Empires.
