How to be less autistic?

I put a lot of effort to be more social but it is difficult. What should i do?

All the time i feel that nothing makes sense anymore, so i don't have will to do anything and don't socialize much. Also i hadn't have a very social life for many years, so i don't know anymore basic social skills...

id imagine you just have to put yourself out there more. Force yourself into social situations until you become more comfortable with them.
