swollen lymph nodes after barber?

so around 5-6 weeks ago i got a haircut, but i forgot to ask them to put on aftershave. so i got these tiny little red dots on the back of my neck that kinda hurt, after a while they faded away and now i still have swollen lymph nodes. one under my armpit currently, 2 under my chin, and one behind my ear, yet i dont have any symptoms, i can sleep just fine, i havent suffered from any headaches, nausea, etc. what could this mean? is it nothing and am i just paranoid for nothing orr? lemme know

ooh lol, well i still have swollen lymph nodes from the barber though.. it's been 5-6 weeks and swollen lymph nodes usually fade after 4 weeks or so, perhaps i just caught a additional infection or virus or whatever in the meantime. because the swollen lymph nodes i got after the barber faded but new ones came in the place but in different places so yeah, perhaps.

nevertheless i feel 100% healthy and i havent suffered from anything. i sleep just fine, i have tons of energy, and i am not fatigued at all nor have i been sick lately..

so perhaps its just my body being normal and trying to fight off bacteria and virusses etc XD

lol, i was planning to make an appointment tomorrow but i dont really have the feeling that it's any serious. i also asked my Aunt and she works in a hospital and she said that it wasnt anything bad or harmful. But i just wanted to be sure yknow lmao, dont wanna end up with sudden cancer because i do smoke sometimes so thats why i got extra paranoid maybe

well problem is.. i dont have any symptoms except for swollen lymph nodes, they dont hurt, they are soft and flexible, and i dont feel sick at all. so i am pretty convinced its nothing really but i just want to be sure yknow wut im saying

See a doctor, ask for blood testings.

I wouldn't let that just like that if you were in contact with something that may have been in contact with other people blood.

AFAIK lymph nodes can remain swollen for weeks after an infection but it should eventually return to normal size. It takes time, so no worries yet.

However, if they grow in size, become very firm to the touch, even hard, and become fixed to the underlying layer, especially if this is accompanied by fever and maybe weight loss, this is out of the ordinary, therefore suspicious, then you should visit your doc.
