Serbian blood is not a water
Modrić's ancestors came to Zaton (Obrovac) from Modrino Selo https://sh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modrino_Selo as Orthodox Serbs.
In Zaton they converted in Catholicism and later became Croatians. Surname Modrić originated from Modrino Selo, place were they live before they arrived to Zaton.
Modrino Selo was 100% Serbian village until 1995, Zaton was 60% Serbian and 40% Croatian until 1995. All Croatians from Zaton are Serbian convertits in Catholicism such as Modrić family.

The funny thing about Subashich is there's a Serbian Wiki page about him but not a Croatian one. Maybe it will change after the WC.

Regarding this laughable jew, THompson Sang only one song on celebration which is unofficaial anthem of all Croatian sport teams and has nothing to do with right wing politics.
He didn't sing war songs so I don't get the fuss.
I am huge Fan of Thompson btw.

Those are Serb theories nobody Takes seriously. Starčević Said Serbs are orthodox Croats, it is similar.
Since Dalmatian Serbs are heavily admixed with Croats and not so close to proper Srbijanci you should be last to speak about purity.
Modrić family are Dalmatian Croats, his mother may be Dalmatian Serb origin. So?
Is Serbia really that obsessed with ethnic origin or what ? Šubašić mother is Croat, but They call him Serb despite he dedicates victories to his people, to us
Sometime i feel whole Serbia is of need of Psycho treatment.
