Yes, but the Balto-Slavs and proto-Slavs are two different terms, and in adittion - the people. It seems here that arcaheologists founded the early settlement which could be called Slavic, and that Prague-Korchak culture dating from 2nd century AD, not from 4th, as it's supposed to be until now.
