It doesn't matter. Agreement or not, colloquially Greeks will still call them Skopians.

They will still fight to prevent. Greeks are nation of stealers and hijackers. That's historical and genetic trait of them.
Pontus state was Iranian, they stole it and made it Greek.
Eastern Roman Empire was a section of the Latin, Italian western Rome. They stole it in 620 AD when they changed its official language from Latin to Greek. Then they even stole the name Roman. MENA's were referring to Romans (Latin people) as Rum, then Hellens hijacked the term during 7th century AD and Greeks started to be referred to as Rum until today.
Of course, they stole the legacy and name of Alexander's Macedonian empire just because they used Greek as lingua franca, despite we know that they considered Macedonians as their enemy and occupiers. Not to mention Sparta, Epirus and Crete never joined Alexander's empire.
In modern era, they started to steal culture.
Turkish dishes such as white cheese (peynir), whirling kebab (döner) or folklor dance such as çiftetelli are stolen by modern Greece as part of a state policy.
A nation shameless like this... That's difficult to find another one.
