The French Basque country is smaller and less cosmopolitan than the Spanish Basque country. Also people in the French Basque country speak very little Basque, although they are very Basque nationalists (even more than in the spanish basque country)

    French Basques look less woggy.

Basques are an interesting bunch considering how most people in Quebec are descendants of the original French settlers of Canada, most of them coming from Normandy, Brittany, and the French Basque Country. And three of the founding families of Acadia were of Basque origins.

I even believe ,at first, seeing his name, than the catch player/actor David Bautista or Dave Bautista was of basque origin but he's not ,because Bautista is a very common basque name

Take an average Basque person. None of you would be able to tell whether he's from Oiartzun or Baiona by how they look or by their genetics. The culture though is of course kinda different. Their geography, their cuisine, the very look of their cities, among other things. Iparralde feels just different.
