Kosovo is no longer a problem, its a solved problem. Peace and stability endures since 95 percent of Kosovos population got their will through. Now there are those who would like to force their own will on this group, but that can obviously not happen without war. So any claim on Kosovo is a call for war and conflict. Kosovo is not a problem, Serbia who claims it even though 95% of Kosovos people oposes their claim, is a problem.

So in a nutshell. Kosovo is not comparable to Kashmir or any other conflict. The problems affecting Kosova is truly unique in our modern time period.

The earliest historical inhabitants of Kosova were the Dardani https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dardani , although there were Neolithic and Hunter Gatherers prior to Indo Europeans. It was occupied by the Roman Empire and Byzantine Empire and later it was invaded and colonized by Slavs like Bulgarians, Serbs, etc.

Now these Serbs who invaded the territory during the medieval period, aproximately in the 12th-13th century, basically claim that they are the original inhabitants and lived there first. Even created some kind of nationalist cult. In Serbian culture they claim they lived there since 600 AD when the Serbs arrived to the Balkans which is not even supported by any kind of evidence. Not only this but they claim there were absolutely no Albanians there which is even a bigger nonsense considering these Ottoman registers from 1400's-1500's show an Albanian majority in many areas. Apparently Albanians magically replaced these people

They also claim the Gorani from the Gora region, who speak Bulgarian, as Serbs but not much supports they are Serbs.

Even use dubious registers which didnt cover the entire area or most of the area to supposedly claim some ''numerous Serbian'' population and only 2% Albanians

''The Ottoman cadastral tax census (defter) of 1455 in the District of Branković (defter Vuk-ili) is one of the oldest Ottoman tax registers in the Balkans. The District of Branković at the time of the defter included parts of central Serbia (present-day Toplica District and the historical Raška region), part of northeastern Montenegro and parts of eastern Kosovo (the Kosovo plain).[1] The defter recorded:''

Some weird register that doesn't even cover most of Kosovo and even that one had Albanian names and even Albanians such as Albanian 'Berisha' with Slavic names. 1400's-1500's registers show Prizren-Has area had majority Albanian except for some pockets. Gjakova-Decan area had almost majority Albanians even back then. Was filled with Albanians. Good chunk of the people there who bore Slavic names might of been possibly Albanian too. The Pec region had majority Slavic names but even there like 96 villages out of 200 had people with Albanian names. Some of those people who bore Slavic names there might of been Albanians too.

Retarded troll, Albanians in Kosovo before Ottomans were tinny minority. Vast majority of present day Albanians in Kosovo are descendants of Albanian colonists from northern Albania in Ottoman period (mostly in 17th and 18th century).
For example Shala e Bajgorës (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shala_e_Bajgorës) is an textbook example of Shiptar colonization of Kosovo in Ottoman period from northern Albania. That area was colonized by members of northern Albanian tribe Shala (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shala_(tribe)) about 1730. They arrived as Catholics, but converted to Islam when they settled. Native Serbian population partly moved to the north in the migrations few decades earlier because of Ottoman violence, and partly stayed. Those who stayed were relegated to areas with poorer soil by islamized Shalas who took them better land.

Serbia gained independence from the Ottoman Empire around the 1800's and the region of Kosova was not part of it but only occupied almost like 100 years later with Albanian majority. Kosova was an Albanian territory that you occupied from Albanians during the Balkan Wars . It was an important place for Albanians, important historical events that took place during those times and where the Albanians led the fight against the Ottoman Empire. You simply digged up some medieval empire from the 13th century, 500 years later, to lay claim on the territory of Kosova which at that time was Albanian territory. Also using some churches that are left there and some Serbian minorities, many who were also settled there during the Ottoman Period and during colinization. Not to mention the 60k + Albanians you expelled out of the Toplica area in the 1870's and into Kosova and toponyms show a medieval Albanian population even there.

Modern Albania received independence thanks to many of the important historical events that happened in Kosova and surrounding areas. Kosova and the Dardania region was the birthplace and center of the Albanian national movement and not modern Albania.

You certainly are not the original inhabitants of Kosova or Dardania and in many of these areas you never made the majority. All these registers and place names show Albanians even back then were one of the biggest populations of Kosova.

Why are you coward who don't dare reply to my posts?

Kosovo was Ottoman territory before Balkan wars, not Albanian. Ottomans occupied Kosovo in the mid of 15th century from Serbia, not from Albania. In 1912. Serbia liberated own territory after over 450 years of the Ottoman occupation. It is simple.
