In Latin America there is white (descendant of Spanish) and mix and different levels with euro look or not.

If she’s anywhere above 70% euro, your children would be practically indistinguishable from other whites. If the one drop rule is your philosophy, or below 95% euro isn’t white for you, then it is miscegenation.
