Default Brazil is the most different country in Latin America, not only because of our language

Racially too. Most countries in Latin America are mestizo. In Brazil, most mixed people are tri racials genetically. I think it's unfair to call us Brazilians Latinos, we are Brazilians.

Our Brazilian census used to separe mestizos (caboclos) until the 1800s and they were minority, tri racials have always been a larger group:

Maybe Colombia and Puerto Rico are similiar to us.

More like Colombia I think. But having the biggest Japanese and Lebanese communities in the world gave us a different mix. Plus, we've so many Italian/German mix here that our Triracials tend to be somewhat different in some regions...although most of them at Northeast and Rio are Iberians.

In my situation, Mixed brazilians from Colonial era. Since it's impossible to know who was black/native/portuguese, The term Colonial fits me more than Portuguese/African/Native. Too long to know what is what. Anyway, it's just 10% of my Ancestry.

Colombia has plenty of tri racials but also plentys of mestizos. Brazil doesnt have a huge number of mestizos. I think we are similiar to Puerto Rico or a Pred versiion of DR.

Why unfair? Brazil was colonized by a Latin Euro country and we speak a Latin based language.

Nonsense. If Brazil cant be called latin because most are triracial what do you leave for Uruguay or Argentina where most are white? Latin is not a race, its about living in a latin speaking country.
