Peynir is not a Turkish word, it's Persian panir/penar something
I didn't say it was etymologically Turkic. That's ultimately from Sanskrit word, panir. But it's obvious they took it from Turks as they say Peinirli with the Turkic suffix li. Peynirli is a Turkish word, a Turkish term.

The way you took pizza and spaghetti from Italians, or Greek salad from Greeks, or burger from Americans, and piroski from Russians (I ate all of them in Turkey)

But I can see neither of them opening similar threads, because European people are not attention whores, we are self-confident as we know what we are and our achievements, we don't feel inferiority complex. You will find kebab in Austria, peinirli and falafel in Greece, chicken curry in Britain etc, because nobody thought "hey, this is third world's cuisine, so we should not sell it"

Do we stole watermelon from Turkey , too, because we call it Karpouzi?
Peynir with the Greek peynirli has nothing in common other than the word.
Its like Yuveci. I read some rant of a Turk some years ago about ''oh Greeks took Yuveci from us , blablabla'' and what we call as Yuveci and what they call as Yuvetsi was like night and day
    3) Why so mad about Greeks dude?
He's just a passive aggressive neurotic bitch as usual.

You Greeks always pull shit out of your ass.
What does the fucking word have to with the foods origin.

South Italians also make the same or similar food but with a different name.

Turks make also same food with almost the same name ,they say Kokorec instead of Kokoretsi,my ass so what!

As i said to you the food itself was known in Greece and eaten since 2000 years before only with a different name.

There are often different and multiple names for the same thing.
For example for the word eyes Greeks use both the original Ancient Greek word Ophtalmos and the modern Word Mati.

In common modern folklore Greek language today Mati is more used but if you go to an Eye Doctor it still says Ophtalmo Giatros

    Ophtalmos"Eye",Giatros"Doctor"

Greek as any other language has loan words from other languages not only for foods but also other things.

Modern Greek has both Albanian and Turkish loanwords same as your language and even Turkish has lots of Greek loanwords
The Talmud tells us that the only language the Torah could be translated into elegantly is Greek.

Hahaha only Greek Salad, they took much more from Greeks

As for Greek cuisine ,here some commonly acknorledged simple facts
Greece has an ancient culinary tradition dating back several millennia, and over the centuries Greek cuisine has evolved and absorbed numerous influences and influenced many cuisines itself.
Some dishes can be traced back to ancient Greece: lentilsoup, fasolada, retsina (white or rosé wine flavored with pine resin) and pasteli (candy bar with sesame seeds baked with honey); some to the Hellenistic and Roman periods: loukaniko (dried pork sausage
The Talmud tells us that the only language the Torah could be translated into elegantly is Greek.
