It's not exactly influenced by Sardinian, but both languages share a common vocabulary not present in Italian, because in both island it was spoken the same Vulgar Latin Insular dialect, which eventually evolved into Corsican and Sardinian, but still the two languages have many things in common even if they took two different evolutive directions.
Many words and expressions can be found both in Sardinian or in Italian, but slightly different or are expressions present in archaic Italian, but no more used nowadays.
Let's take for example this song :
In the song we can find the expression "aiň" (come on, let's go), that Italians consider a stereotypical Sardinian expression, instead it's present also in Corsican language.

Comunque sembra un'accozzaglia di vari dialetti italiani con un suono che si avvicina perň ai dialetti del sud, specialmente campani.
Non ha niente di sardo nel suono.
