You ever been to southern Spain? It looks like Arizona. Many if not most of Hollywood's western movies of the 60s and I think the late 50s also were filmed in Andalusia.

The current weather in Spain is in the 70s and 60s Fahrenheit in some areas. I think it's almost dawn there now.

Here in NJ a week ago it was at 109 (actually in the 90s but it felt like 109 cuz of the humidity).

    Global warming is real.

Shout out to The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly with its Galician actor Antonio Casas playing the role of Stevens.

    Looks stereotypically Galician. Please classify.

Well, you're probably right, I've never been to Spain but I saw a video of a French guy who visited Andalusia and mentioned that the place looked like a hell that had to stick to the walls (literally) to take advantage of the shade of so much heat that there was.

Such high temperatures only last a few days. Besides unlike England and Northern Europe, nearly every home has an air-condition which makes the heatwave bearable. If it was that bad in Spain and the other countries of Southern Europe they wouldn’t have millions of tourists each year.

They are right, but if you are young and you hate the heat it is not advisable to live in Andalusia.

That's why northern Europeans only visit and do not travel except for retirees who tire of winter and cold, the rest do not move to that kind of places.

Such temperatures can also occur in Sardinia in particularly hot years, they last from 1 to 3 days per summer.

BTW I start to melt down above 30°C, I can't stand hot weather. During this week we had an average of 35°C in north-western Sardinia, while in southern Sardinia there was an average of 39-40°C all this week.
