People call out Israel on its hypocrisy, its actions, the International Zio/Jew lobby which tries to squeeze many nations.
You can call it mistrust or dislike.

Secondly its not surprising seeing an Anglosaxon not understanding Zionism/Israel.

This is nonsense. "Antisemitism" has been around for 3000 years. Europeans werent happy with Jews far before Nazism.
Take the Judeo-Bolshevik term. It does not originate with Nazis. People around Europe saw how many Jews were involved in the "Russian" Revolution.
Even elites called it out. Israel being the "only free democratic state" in the middle east is bs. The same like they are some kind of front line to "defend Europe" more bs.

Why do most Jews hate non-Jews? They practice nepotism and subversion. They pull the Jew card every time they are losing an argument. As already stated, it's nothing new, and it's not Euro specific. Take a look at the list of nations throughout history who have exiled Jews. It's not a coincidence. Jews will say it's just because they are the chosen ones, and everyone is out to get them.
