For that reason I would consider her as more typical in France followed by some places in UK.
or West Germany for example. She looks like a mix of 3 ethncities like Welsh, British and German or French for example

You're only looking at her pigmentation, she's definitely got strong Cro-Magnon influence. Overall, she looks more Northern/Central Euro if you observe her individual features (deep-set eyes, angular jawline, straight nasal profile, flaring gonial angles etc). I agree that she's on the 'exotic' side for her background. It can be difficult to place darker-pigmented individuals who aren't genetically Southern Euro.

Here are some photos of her from childhood to adolescence. As you can see, she's always been naturally tanned. Dark pigmentation is commonly associated with Paleo-Atlantids, which Cindy isn't too far off from...

She's supposedly mostly English. We have the same features. Where would she fit in the British Isles or just England? Would it be in the western regions?

Crawford is a Scottish name, she's mixed but majority Anglo-American seemingly (who are a bit mixed themselves). She's atypical anywhere in the British Isles but properly Meddish types like her are more common in Southern England.
