Within the constraints that we might, in fact, have an incorrect idea of what foreigners think about our country, I'll start by saying that I think foreigners think that English people lack emotion. This isn't true at all, we can be very emotional, often in an aggressive way. But we do tend to try and hide more tender emotions from people we don't know.

That we're slavic, It's like when u say to an Irish person that they're British . not considering the fact that most Hungarians has some slavic in them Or When the romanians (or someone else) say that we're mongols. When the Westerners think that we all know how to speak russian. And sure there are some other things... Foreigners usually think that Hungarians are generally sad people..

Without negating that Venezuela has noticeably more African input than most other mainland Latin American countries (exception made of Panama, Colombia, Brazil, Belize and the Guyanas), the stupidity they claim is very far from being true.
