What's the best region of your country?
For England, I think, its spiritual heart is Wiltshire, the area around Stonehenge. This, I assume, is what everyone thinks of, when they think of rural England.

From the places I've been to I'd say Makati and Bonifacio Global City
Maybe Subic if you want more of that fresh air and breathableness

One of the richest areas in the entire United States is just the town over from where I grew up!
Mine is very middle class, but this one is where insanely rich multi-millionaires live.
Indian Hill!
Bloomberg.com says its the 12th richest place in the USA.

Best region: South (specially the states of Santa Catarina - my state - and Rio Grande do Sul
Why: High IDH; pred euro about culture; but, I confess, I would love to born in Gaucho cultural areas (Mainly in Rio Grande do Sul, too in south Brazil) - because they are very originals and proud people and I love barbecue too.
