We never spoke Arab nor had Islam as religion. I dont know from where you get Iberia was Arabized.

Iberians who remained Christian never spoke Arabic. However, the Iberians who converted to Islam were arabized in the meantime. Same in Sicily and Crete. In Egypt, even the Christians arabized by translating bible to Arabic. Of the people conquered and Islamized by Arabs, the Persians are only exception to become Muslim but not arabizing.
