I am currently staying on a health resort and doing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at my own pace, which means cutting the practice short and going to the finishing sequence once I am unable to effect the arduous 'vinyasa' jump-throughs.
My practice is weak, but getting back to where I was. I am still as bendy as ever, but the limiting factor is strength so I am giving myself adequate recovery time to build that up again.
Other than that, back home I belong to the Kieser Training gym which is weights only and terribly prescribed. It seems to work for me. We are told to use the super-slow technique.
I do not run, swim or bicycle and I gave up on the Krav Maga classes.
