However, they both look a tiny bit off for the average Azeri "standard". I just checked the players from Neftchi Baku. It has several players with possible dagestani/north Kavkazian/non-Azeri roots. I guess the other two teams include such players with possible non-Azeri origins as well. So it depends on which players you selected from the three teams.
Just to name a few examples from the Neftchi Baku teams that may very well have non-Azeri origins. Just by looking at place of birth;
Namik Alaskarov -- born almost on the border with Dagestan, in Nakh/Lezgin territory
Rahman Hajiyev -- born near Armenian border
Mahammad Mirzabeyov -- born in Machachkala (Dagestan). Looks definitely lighter/off compared to average Azeris

Nah not too light/dark. Just features a tiny bit off. More pseudo Med-ish. However, both still comfortably fit within Azerbaijans diversity.

Looks North Caucasian not Azeri. Can pass in Turkey like migrants from North Caucasus Circassian and Dagestani people
