Black Americans can retire to Caribbean country and live like a king. Especially retired Police, Teacher, Firemen, City worker on a pension.

Really? Pretty sure indians are equally educated as chinese in places like singpapore, malaysia and have similar test scores. Majority of indians in those areas are from lower classes.

it was a response to ross butler and about indians in america. America gets the cream of the crop. my point is educated or upper class people are going to be successful or intelligent anywhere they go regardless of ethnicity. In regards to malaysia, indians are the poorest group there on average. So even though they may have high IQ there they are disadvantaged by laws and discrimination. Many people like to think that IQ is everything when it comes to success when it is not. There are many other factors too

Not strictly true. Certain Caribbean countries - Bahamas, Barbados, Cayman Islands, Virgin Islands (yes I know that the last two are British colonies, but they have a lot of autonomy) - are First World, or at least close to being so.

On a serious note, the Mali Empire wasn’t half bad. As for a modern, developed “Black nation,” Barbados is your answer.

Barbados was founded and established by Spaniards, not by people of African descent. The Black population there are imported slaves from African colonies. Also 90+% of it's economy comes from tourism, chimps could run an economy like that, no real things that require brainpower such as manufacturing, innovation in technology science, and infrastructure, think space exploration, assembly line, atomic bomb design. There are no world renowned schools or colleges in Barbados as in Europe and the U.S.A. . It's simply a place where westerners (and others) go for vacation because of its warm weather. Same story with the Bahamas. Simply put, having a country with an above average GDP inhabited by primarily African people doesn't say much.
