No idea what's up with Belgium, but I have very few divorced family members. Our family is 'weird' I guess. I am not married, but most adult family members are and only 2 of them divorced out of the 20 marriages or so.

Also, cousin marriage is legal in Bosnia, yet illegal in Croatia and Serbia. They probably re-legalised it in other words. That's pretty degenerate if you ask me.
