Katy Perry is ''very attracted'' to the British accent.

The 32-year-old singer has recently broken up with boyfriend Orlando Bloom and was engaged to Russell Brand previously, and the star has revealed she easily falls for English men because she likes the sound of their ''posh'' voices.

Speaking to Nick Grimshaw on his BBC Radio One Breakfast Show, the blonde beauty said: ''Many of my English boyfriends that I've had along the way (have made them).

''I've fancied them. I'm very attracted to their accents of course, so posh.''

And the 'Roar' hitmaker has revealed she enjoys indulging in a traditional British feasts, including Sunay roasts, and the left overs, which are turned into ''bubble and squeak''.

She said: ''Of course I've been to a Sunday roast, babes.

''I've had bubble and squeak too. I've had it all ... I love a fresh-baked Yorkshire pudding.''

However, Katy was left bewildered when she was asked about chip spice - a condiment popularly used in the northern parts of the UK instead of salt and vinegar - and thought it was the name of a new upcoming artist or band.

She said: ''What's chip spice? Is that the name of the band? Touring with Little Mix and chip spice.''
