    Eating meat isn't masculine unless you think diabetes, obesity and cancer are masculine traits. She means high protein probably which can also be found in plants.

    people should stop eating carbs to avoid diabetes, heart disease and such. we run better on fat. and we'd stay skinny with only protein and fat and no carbs - see ketogenic diet.

    so if they would really care about health benefits they would advocate eating less carbs first, not giving up on meat. I do sometimes question eating meat and considered trying to give up on it (but did not just yet)

    you can avoid both carbs and meat if you want, you'd get the protein from vegetables. I just said it is more important to avoid carbohydrates than meat. but then one should always seek to eat good quality meat if they do eat meat. food nowadays can have a lot of chemical enhancers into it, both vegetables/fruits and meat

    Proteins and carbs are both necessairly for muscle development, what it comes to what is healther there is no real answer, everyone claiming his diet is the most healthiest

    I think a good muscle development cannot be harmful thats why a nutrition with very high percantage of vegetables and protein is good

    for example eat broccoli as side meal everyday for a few weeks it boosts your testosterone

    Carbs are better. It isn't confusing if you stopped listening to these disinformants, these people spread same myths as the protein myth claiming you need to eat animals in order to get protein and to build muscle when you don't. Animal protein is unhealthy. Instead, just look at the most valid studies. People on high carbs are healthier. Diabetes is caused by fat. Cancer from animal protein.

    Eat high fiber rich foods and high carb plants. Beans themselves have enough protein.
