Plant protein is healthier as they also have fiber which animal protein or meat lacks. Right now I am eating beans. Amino acids can also be found in plants. In plenty of them. It's just another myth as the No protein myth. What people forget however is the No fiberr in a meat diet.
Animal protein contains some nutrients because the animals when they ate absorbed it.

Animal proteins, vegetables and fruit should be most important part of diet. Carbs moderately depends of physical activities. Sugar should be avoided. If you eat enough vegetables you will neutralise all acid from meat. There are also many suplements like various antioxigans that can be added in diet if needed for health that also neutralise acid from meat.
