If you eat enough vegetables you will neutralise all acid from meat. There are also many suplements like various antioxigans that can be added in diet if needed for health that also neutralise acid from meat.

Again, animal protein should totally be neglected. They don't make any amino acids or nutrients naturally like plants do and they also lack fiber.

You should try making Kabuli Palaw sometime. It is an Afghan rice dish with carrot strips and raisins, and it is very good.

LOL. I actually do not eat a lot of meat, so I am semi trolling. I love a good steak, but I also think cows are adorable and sweet creatures. So its something I have difficulty living with.
