^ idk if this is considered a match at all. anything below 5 cM isnt considered a match i think. but the SNP's are close to the 500 SNP average while i put it on 200 snp, pretty interesting tbh. maybe some very very very distant relative

Yeah true, but tbh i don't think my MENA is jewish anymore because otherwise i'd score more jewish pops in Gedrosia alike. In Africa9 Dodecad i score North African_Jew and moroccan-jew quite alot though, and 50% North african jew and 25% european, 25% yoruban at that XD


i dont think it has anything to do with having actual jewish ancestry though, rather that jews are more middle eastern/semitic so i think its just saying that my MENA is mixed semite and mixed berber, which is kinda correct lol

Either way wouldn’t you like to know if you actually match Sephardic Jews? That’s just good practice to find out precisely where your genetic components came from.

yes i wouldnt mind lol, it'd give me a good idea of where my MENA comes from exactly, if i match close to jews then it's probably palestinian christian or something closer in that area.

but eitherway, looking at my dna comparisons with palestinian christians, samitarians, and israeli's i can say i barely score close to them at all. Infact i am genetically closer to saudi arabians and cypriots than anything close to israel XD i scored pretty high on a druze one time though..

You know you will get a match with basically anyone when you lower it to 4cm. You should only use 7cm+ like the Gedmatch creator himself suggest.
