well, I'm not an average person and I don't have average aims. I'm aiming to get as close to 10/10 as possible. And looking for some hints
1. Hair styling and coloring products are not an option. Used frequently, they greatly damage my hair. And well, styling products don't really work as much as for other people.
2. Lose weight is obvious, I think. But it is not something i can do "right now" - takes time. And, I mostly want to lose fat, not to lose numbers, so it's not as simple as "do not eat".
3. Beard - I know it doesn't look the best, and getting a barber to style it properly is a pure luck - it's a bit curly, barbers just keep "correcting" here and here to make it even, until it is almost at skin length. And again, styling products don't work at all for the curls.
And without beard, I have that thick neck, I know, on the outdated picture it's mostly made of fat, but still, the muscles themselves are below the chin line.
