What can I do to improve my look?

Be your best self as possible, that's the best advice anyone can give to others in my opinion. Don't experiment too much with different dressing styles etc, that doesn't help much if ure not comfortable with yourself anyway. Concentrate instead of the overall appereance, like how you talk, walk. The hair and beard style is cool, the bald look is also cool. I like both on myself but it doesn't mean shit if ure attractive ure attractive, and it's subjective to a certain level.. So find your own style as they said before. Im not giving health advices , coz Im not even fit myself nowadays but, my goal is to permanently put down the cigarette right now, so that's a something.

well, honestly, while some women may look for "manly" men, I think it's mostly gays who appreciate manly look. I think that most women look for more "womanly" men, like clean shaven, soft and shiny hair, smart instead of strong, shy instead of brave, hairless chest, etc. Have you seen all that "hot men" from women newspaper? No, it was not gay newspaper.

And, some women even make compliments like "you have a very feminine eyebrows".

They may like that appereance to a certain age ,mostly in their teenages and early 20s, but they only like the look because of the media image that idealize that look. In my opinion , only a few women like those type of "cute guy" (slim body, lack of body hair, childish face), and even they not aim to be in a relationship with them, but appreciate their soft features from a distance.. The truth I guess is they look for characteristics inbetween the old school masculine type and the socalled feminine men. Women don't know what they wan't most of the time anyway, so theres literally no way to match all expectations...Don't worry about it

well, I'm not an average person and I don't have average aims. I'm aiming to get as close to 10/10 as possible. And looking for some hints

1. Hair styling and coloring products are not an option. Used frequently, they greatly damage my hair. And well, styling products don't really work as much as for other people.

2. Lose weight is obvious, I think. But it is not something i can do "right now" - takes time. And, I mostly want to lose fat, not to lose numbers, so it's not as simple as "do not eat".

3. Beard - I know it doesn't look the best, and getting a barber to style it properly is a pure luck - it's a bit curly, barbers just keep "correcting" here and here to make it even, until it is almost at skin length. And again, styling products don't work at all for the curls.
And without beard, I have that thick neck, I know, on the outdated picture it's mostly made of fat, but still, the muscles themselves are below the chin line.

Keep the Ragnar Lothbroke look going. Trim the beard more up and down and less out to the sides and grow the hair moderately long and shave the sides. It suits you. Get some sweet tattoos brah

to get a look that's appealing and trustworthy, that will give me more than 0-1 worthy matches on tinder depending on location

By "worthy match" I mean a serious person. Like, one that is not a bot or troll, will either message me first or respond to my message, will not lose interest during chatting, will have time to meet me, will meet me, spend some good time, and eventually it will continue.

in short, I need a look that will give me lot of attention.

The "lose weight" isn't really working if you are like me and gain muscles in astronomical speed (before I even started working out, classmates were asking what exercises I do)

to lose fat easily with no exercise and pain and eat what you want see ketogenic diet (or keto diet). it's basically limiting carbs. anyway, check first with your doctor if you can give up on carbs
